It you are told that your IP Address is in a blacklist someplace, then you need to report this to your Broadband Provider. Your IP address is owned and issued by your connection provider, not Elive, so they are the only ones who can take action on this.

Being blacklisted might be due to spam coming from other clients of your connection provider or your IP address was previously assigned to someone who was sending spam and now you have that IP address assigned to your connection.

However, you may need to get an IT Technician to check PC's on our network as there could be Spam coming from your network, causing the blacklist.
