If you have released an email and you are the intended recipient, you should receive this mail within 5-10 mins depending on mail traffic.

If you do not receive a released email, please check any spam folders or scanning software on your PC as industry standard scanning software on your machine or local server may have also quarantined your message.

Also, check your email server logs if applicable and ensure the message was handled properly internally.

If you still have not received it, then provide us with the exact date and time and from address of the email and we will trace it for you.
