You must log into your scanning interface to release a mail.
Once logged in you will be able to view all mail - clean, spam and virus mails.
Our scanning system holds all email logs for up to 7 days.
To Release an Mail:
Simply click on the release icon (R) next to the mail that you would like to release. The mail will enter a release queue which can take between 5-10 mins depending on overall traffic.
An mail that is released will only be released to the original recipient it was intended for.
If you wish to learn more about why the email was stopped, then click the (i) icon next to the email and you can get more information on the email.
