Due to the continued volume of Ransomware emails and threat to our customers, we have updated our email scanning service to block the following attachments:

.docm
.dotm
.xlm
.xlsm
.xltm
.pptm
.potm
.ppsm

When any email with one of these attachments is received by our email scanning service, the email is quarantined and the intended recipient is sent an email to alert them to this.

Should it be a legitiamte email, it is available to be released from quarantine for up to 7 days.
