By default, your domains are set to renew.

An invoice for the renewal will be generated 29 days before expiry, and payment will be taken 7 days before the due date, if you have a credit card or SEPA instructions on file with ELIVE.

Should you wish to cancel a domain, login to your account at https://www.elive.me and go to the Domains section.
Tick the select box beside each domain you wish to update and then, from the Sub-Menu above the domains list, click More->Renewal Status

You can now either 'Enable Domain Renewal' or 'Disable Domain Renewal' on the selected domain(s)
*If you do not have a credit card on file, you will need to process payment via an alternative method before the Domain Expiry date.

You may still receive Domain Expiry Reminder emails on a cancelled domain. We are obliged by Registry Compliance to issue these.
If you have Disabled Renewal on a domain, and you do not wish to keep it, you can simply ignore these reminders.

If you have any questions or problems, email support@elive.net and we will be happy to help.

Note**: If your domain expires, any web or email services will cease operation on the expiry date. Some domains require an Reactivate Fee after they expire.
An expired domain that is deleted is available for anyone else to Register.
